I don't think that exists in this format. The only thing that can probably search for it are Computer Search and Roserade's Poke-Ability Le Parfum.

Yea, the use of DCE requires at least 3 turns unless your using Plasma Badge to get a T1 Emerald Slash, which to me takes too much to get going and is more inconsistent than just manually attaching grass and Colress Machine plasma energy.
