Hi everyone i was just wondering what set or series has or had the highest number of rare or valuable cards you could pull 

If i use the ultra pro pages will it still provide good protection for my primes, legends, lv. X's ect.... And also do they sell binders specificaly designed for each set Sorry if i spelled words wrong 

I have a few questions 1.would it be a better idea to collect reverse hollows or regular cards for completing a set? 2.why dont many people like reverse hollows? 3.when i put cards in a binder is it nessasary to put the cards in a extra sleeve aswell? Please respond with any comments 
