anyway hms makes the user unable to use it again on the next turn, but you can switch the pokemon and the hm to use it again XD maybe i should nerf all hms by 10 damage to avoid "overpower" XD

blastoise ability is overpowered, i mean, its rain dance + to anybody + chance to discard opponent's cards? too much i think... the first 2 elements together would be ok since it's just like emboar is rampaging nowadays but adding the discard effect is too much... as an idea you can erase that...
