So my sister is wanting to play Rampardos, but it runs into the problem called Dialga G lock. With the lock, her Skull Fossils, Life Herbs, and SSU's are unplayable. Any options on how to make this a better matchup?

Will it work or will it slow down the deck too much? For example: 4-4-4 Rampardos 4 Rare Candy 4 BTS I'm thinking of increasing the odds of getting a T1/2 donk.
