Come to think of it, since Rare Candy and BTS is in EVERY evolution deck, Aerodactyl might not be a bad thing to bring back...

Sure, lets take steps to crush every deck that isn't SP, it wil brighten to format right?

Well, not exactly. I'm thinking something that stop evolution but wouldn't be easy to implement in a deck like SP. Make it a Power on a Cradily or something that the turn after it evolves, your opponent can't evolve. Or something fragile that has to be active for the effect to work. Heck, maybe even make it the effect of a Supporter, de-evolve one of your own Pokemon in order to prevent your opponent from evolving his on the next turn. There's ways of instituting a 'no evolve' dynamic into play without slapping it onto a 70HP basic.

Actuslly it would not be all that hard to get around, unlike the fossil days, not it is notthat hard to evolve withoughtplaying cards from your hand, both dark Spirtomb and evolutor card evolve from your deck so Aerodactyl would not stop it. Also the Luxchomp player would have to choose between Dialga X or Aerodactyl as a tech.

Surely not all will be printed in the set but at least it helps narrow down what will possibly be there. Credit to Pokebeach for the translations. Anything else I missed?

I'm sure this has been brought up, but don't they usually advertise Primes and Legends if they're in the set? I've never seen any backing to this 'English-exclusive primes', so I have a hunch that we'll be getting the LL/Promo cards, and an army of reprints.

^Yeah, they do. The fact that no Prime has been shown means a) They're keeping SUPER hush-hush about the English-only cards, and we won't see ANY of them until probably the night before PRs, or b) Those websites that said we'd get Primes were guessing. I'd bet on the latter.

I heard a rumor about a pidgeot reprint from a good source. Not sure but im just saying. He said its the pidgeot with the "look for one card in your deck" power. IM NOT SURE just saying i got it from a good source

They will not reprint Quick Search Pidgot, even if they did it would be useless with Luxray SP X everywhere.

Your first Quicksearch would probably be bubble coat. I dont believe this but Id love this. Then again Gengar would go through the roof and well get GoW soon enough :/

Even the suggestion of these being in the set (especially the first two) makes me want to vomit.

Isn't it bad enough that the Shining Secret Rares of this set are already reprints of very rare Japanese cards without having more???

I'm hoping for an Aggron ex reprint as an Aggron Prime, only it locks all basics from using Poke-Powers, as well as damaging it.

Ya know I like that suggestion Parco but I'm sure SP would get a way around it. Maybe with Vileplume it could be awesome though, or another Metal Tank like Steelix.

I would love Claydol in the format again, or awesome cards that are fun to play with.
