I think that DPL might actually see some play. But the 3 retreat is a bit... well... rubbish. If you could Warp Point it out then it could be really good. There are a lot of decks that really begin to run out of steam plus it messes with your opponents plans. It's first attack isn't too bad...

I don't really get what you're getting at or where you're hoping to go with it... but I think that the reason they've done it is because Houndoom is seen to be on of the "cool" Pokemon in the 2nd Generation hence they've made it into a prime/great...

Pokemon is to an extent, a luck based game. This isn't probable, but its not impossible. The odds are 1/30 eachtime (it doesn't affect the odds that you did it four times) So yeah... not probable but it's completely feasible
