It is a crazy fun deck to play with, and with the proper trainer line ( or should I say supporter ) it can be very effective. My son ( Seniors ) almost won a Cities with it ( 2nd ) and I made top 4 with it on another Cities ( Masters ) taking down Luxchomps and GDos along the way , only loosing...

I think it's a matter of preference, and also what are you trying to accomplish with your build. I've built both lists and playtested extensively with them ( along with 2 other potential partner options for Noir ) , and liked the high-disruption version much better , which is the Plume based...
