I've traded my Eevee who couldn't love me anymore from FR into Ruby twice, leveled it up with a rare candy and nothing.

I was looking through our cards today and realized we had a holographic Dark Dragonite, not a reverse holo with the gold lettering. The set list on the Nintendo site shows Dark Dragonite as a normal rare, not a holographic rare. Is the set list mistaken or do I have a printing error?
