Well, my friend asked this yesterday, but it wasnt completely clear. If I'm using Machamp PK and my opponents using Scizor EX, he uses Delta Reduction, then I use Brick Smash which Overzealous makes it do 70, would the damage be reduced by Delta Reduction or not? Thanks in advance.
